Xavier Clarebout 

Xavier Clarebout, Of Counsel, has an extensive experience in assisting clients with tax matters (corporate tax, wealth optimization techniques). 

He assists clients in corporate tax law matters related to national and cross-border M&A, and restructurings. Xavier also advises clients on private estate questions, and taxation related to immigration and emigration of companies and individuals. 

Member of the Brussels bar since 1989, he is a recognized expert in cross-border transactions, with a particular focus on Belgium and France where he was based for several years before joining Advisius in April 2022.  

He is also a member of the firm's French Desk.
