Adrien Vaessen

Adrien specializes in advising on domestic and international corporate tax law with respect to M&A, reorganisations, as well as private equity and day-to-day operations of Belgian (listed) companies.. Adrien has also advised on the tax treatment of feeder and/or carried interest structures of investment funds, 

Besides, he has particular expertise in the field of transfer pricing (including litigation, benchmarking and compliance). 

Adrien also assists individuals with respect to financial income and complex foreign investment structures.

Adrien is a member of the Brussels Bar since 20**. 

Before joining Advisius, he works  in a top-tier Benelux law firm.

Adrien speaks French, English and Spanich.

Adrien’s academicals are law (ULB) and an LL. M. in European and International Tax Law ( University of Luxembourg), and Solvay Business School (ULB). He also performed an exchange in the LL. M. in global legal practice in Tokyo (University of Keio).
